Ikhaya means “home”. Our programme helps families put money aside for building materials and receive them when they are ready to build.
Our purpose
Building a house all at once is out of reach for many families. Ikhaya lets members contribute over time and turn those contributions into building materials, delivered to their site.
Members can see their own records at any time, which keeps the process fair and transparent.
Material balances are building materials, not cash, savings or investments.
